Business Developer BtoB - CDI

As part of the development of its business and the launch of a new project, the family business Q de Bouteilles is creating a Business Developer position.
You will join the existing team to focus exclusively on one of our customer types (BtoB). You will play a key role in establishing and developing our presence with major accounts (architects, interior designers, developers, companies, etc.). You will be responsible for prospecting on a national scale with the aim of developing our market share on strategic projects.

The main missions

1. Prospecting and management of strategic projects

- Identify and target high value-added opportunities: Detect and engage strategic clients, such as real estate developers, hoteliers, and other major accounts likely to generate significant projects for our company.
- Manage strategic projects: Support your prospects throughout the sales cycle, from needs analysis to the implementation of solutions, ensuring that their specific requirements are met and a long-term relationship is created.
- Participation in trade fairs.

2. Internal collaboration & reporting

- Work closely with management and the team (ADV, design, marketing, production) to ensure flawless execution of various projects and orders.
- Reporting & analysis: Ensure rigorous monitoring of your prospecting activities, produce regular reports and share your field observations with the marketing and design team to adjust the offer.

Profile sought

- Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the furniture, decoration or design sector
- Market knowledge: You have a good knowledge of the economic fabric and the professional network (architects, developers, etc.). Having a particular sensitivity for design and furniture will be an asset.
- Sales skills: Excellent skills in prospecting, negotiation and customer loyalty. You have an appetite for commercial challenges and are enthusiastic about playing a key role in the launch of a new project/brand.
- Responsiveness: You respond quickly and efficiently in order to accelerate the realization of opportunities.
- Autonomy and organization: You are familiar with small structures, are autonomous, proactive and capable of developing a client portfolio in a rigorous manner.

Full-time permanent position, to be filled as soon as possible.

Remuneration according to profile (fixed + variable).

Mobility: Position based in Le Touquet (62), teleworking possible up to 4 days/week, occasional travel to be expected.
