The Wholesale Sales Manager's mission is to develop, lead, and manage the Q bottle brand's reseller network , both in France and abroad, both directly and through a network of agents. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Network animation and management

  • Support sales agents in promoting our Q bottle products by providing them with the necessary tools (communication materials, product training, sales strategy).
  • Organize regular training sessions to keep salespeople and agents well informed about new collections, products and the brand philosophy.
  • Ensure order tracking, from quote entry to invoice collection, including logistics, in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Participation in events (trade fairs, pop-ups).

2. Performance monitoring and reporting

  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor activity.
  • Analyze business results, identify areas for improvement and propose actions.
  • Provide regular reporting to sales management, providing detailed analysis of sales, market trends and agent feedback.

3. Commercial and competitive monitoring

  • Monitor market developments, trends and competitive practices to suggest areas of differentiation for the brand.
  • Identify new business opportunities (new market segments, product innovations).

Profile sought:


We are seeking a candidate with at least two years of experience developing and managing a sales network, ideally in the world of interior design. Export experience and a strong understanding of international business cultures would be appreciated.

Business skills:

  • Mastery of negotiation techniques, contract management and partner relationship management.
  • In-depth knowledge of distribution channels, particularly in concept stores, decoration boutiques, and other specialist retailers.
  • Skills in animation and network management, with a strong sense of organization and communication.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining in contact with management.
  • Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools (Pipedrive and SAGE 100).

LANGUAGES :

  • Fluency in English (written and oral) essential.
  • Proficiency in other foreign languages ​​is a plus.

Additional information:

  • Work location: Touquet-Paris-Plage and/or possibility of teleworking depending on geolocation, with availability for occasional travel.
  • Contract type: Fixed-term contract evolving into a permanent contract.
  • Hierarchical attachment: general management.
