WHAT IS UPCYCLING?

Upcycling refers to the transformation of unused or unusable products to give them a new purpose with higher quality.

Born from glass bottles, our vases, candlesticks, glasses and candles come to life through this process.

These second-hand objects may contain traces inherent to the bottle (e.g., subtle differences in shades, roughness in the glass). These singularities give each creation its character and make it perfectly unique.

Where is our store located?

Our Workshop-Boutique is located on Allée de la Royale Air Force in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage.

Our team will be delighted to welcome you from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Our coffee opens from Wednesday to Sunday from 10 a.m to 6 p.m.

How do I know if my order has been validated?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you haven't received an email after placing your order, you can email us at contact@qdebouteilles.fr

I have placed several orders, is it possible to group them?

If you have placed multiple orders, we cannot combine them. Each order will be shipped in a separate package, and you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Can I modify my order once it has been validated?

You can add or remove items from your cart as long as your order has not been validated.

Once your order has been placed, it is generally no longer possible to cancel or modify it. Exceptionally, your order may not have been processed yet; contact us as soon as possible at contact@qdebouteilles.fr specifying your order number and what you wish to modify. Depending on the progress of your order, we may or may not be able to accommodate your request.

How do I track the status of my order?

As soon as your package is shipped, an automatic email is sent to you with the tracking number.

By clicking on the number, you will be redirected to the carrier's website and you will be able to track its progress. Remember to check your spam folder as notifications sometimes appear there.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery in Metropolitan France by CHRONOPOST.

Each order is shipped within 24 hours* (Monday to Friday – orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday). Delivery time is then 1 business day to your home; 2 to 3 business days as standard and 2 to 3 days with delivery to a relay point.

For international delivery, taxes and customs duties may apply and are your responsibility upon delivery. Your order total does not include these taxes and customs duties.

* Please note that during special periods the preparation time for your order may be extended by a few days (2 to 3 days maximum).

My order is experiencing a delivery problem, what should I do?

If you have not received your package within 5 days of your order, remember to check the status of your package with your tracking number on the CHRONOPOST.com website.

If you are unable to obtain further information from the carrier, please contact us at contact@qdebouteilles.fr. We will find a solution.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with my order?

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the day after the day of receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties (with the exception of return costs). When the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

Any return of products by the customer will be made, at their expense, to the following address: Q de bouteilles, Allée de la royale air force – Le Touquet Paris Plage (62520) .

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition allowing them to be sold as new. The customer has the right to open the delivered packaging as long as this does not render the product unfit for sale.

For hygiene reasons, products must be returned unused, otherwise a refund cannot be made and the right of withdrawal cannot be applied.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If you notice that the packaging is damaged upon delivery, it is essential that you notify the carrier. We therefore encourage you to express reservations to the carrier in the case of home delivery and to refuse the package in the case of delivery to a relay point. If no reservations are made during delivery, the carrier is unfortunately no longer responsible for the condition of your order.

If you notice a defect once the item has been unpacked, you have a maximum of 48 working hours to contact our customer service at contact@qdebouteilles.fr. Remember to indicate your order number and, above all, to attach photos of the damage noted. We will make sure to find the most satisfactory solution for you.

I didn't have time to collect my order from the collection point, what should I do?

If you have not collected your order within the specified time, we invite you to contact us at contact@qdebouteilles.fr. We can arrange a new shipment together; please note that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Why was my order delivered to a different relay point than the one selected?

It is likely that the delivery could not be made to the initially chosen relay point due to its closure at the time of delivery. The change of relay point is made at the initiative of the carrier and is beyond our control.

Can we make an exchange?

We do not offer exchanges. To obtain the same product(s) in a different size or color, please return it to us (shipping costs at your expense). You will be refunded upon receipt of the package, and you can place a new order on the website.

Is the Q de bouteilles website secure?

Yes. The transmission of information on the Q de Bouteilles website takes place in a secure environment using current internet protocols.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via the secure payment system as well as with PAYPAL.
