Based in our Le Touquet-Paris-Plage office, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and coordinating all of the company's logistics flows, from the sourcing of raw materials to the delivery of finished products to customers. Our operations are 100% internalized.
Main missions:
1. Supply and inventory management
• Select and negotiate with suppliers
• Plan orders based on sales forecasts and production needs
• Ensure an optimal stock level to avoid stockouts as well as overstocking
2. Logistics planning and coordination
• Organize the flow of goods (reception, storage)
• Ensure the reliability of information (stocks, specifications)
• Manage transport (choice of service providers, optimization of costs and deadlines)
• Ensure the smooth running of deliveries to customers;
3. Process optimization
• Improve flow management to reduce costs and lead times
• Implement performance monitoring and analysis tools (KPIs)
• Digitize and automate certain tasks to gain efficiency
4. Performance monitoring and reporting
• Monitor performance indicators;
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
5. Coordination with other services;
• Work in conjunction with production, sales and customer service
Key skills required:
• Analysis and management of logistics flows
• Mastery of management tools: knowledge of SAGE 100 software is a plus
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers and carriers
• Organization and priority management
• Spirit of optimization and continuous improvement
Profile sought:
• Training in logistics, supply chain or industrial management (Bac+3 minimum, in business school, engineering school or university)
• Initial experience in flow management, supply and/or logistics is required.
• A capacity for analysis and anticipation to optimize operations.
• Be comfortable and enthusiastic about joining a small team (around fifteen people) but a structure in full development.
Terms:
• Permanent contract of 35 hours/week spread over 4.5 days (Friday afternoon off)
• Position available immediately
• Based in Touquet-Paris-Plage (62)
